This high school ranks
the first among the traditional educational centres for the hotel industry on European level. Since 1928 it has brought up thousands of graduates for the most significant posts in the gastronomic enterprises in this country and abroad as well.
Annual school attendance is about 420 students in full - end part - time study. 50 pedagogues and service workers are engaged for their education and professional training. After a general modernisation in 1995-1996 the school represents a top-educational centre for the preparation of young hotel professionals. The four-year studies starting in the schoolyear 1996-1997 end up with GCE which includes practical, writtern and oral exam. The pedagogical work is aimed at professional preparation of the managers for the hotel trade.

The Hotel School provides the following activities:

  • Qualification courses: Economy, Gastronomy, Managerism
  • organisation and realisation of exhibitions
  • organisation of banquets, parties, balls, routs (up to 250 pers.)
  • presentation of the firms (exhibition surface 220 qm)
  • lending of conference rooms and lounges
  • V.I.P. facilities for presentation
  • lending of display spaces for presentation of products
  • wine gustation in a stylish winw cellar
  • organisation of gastronomic events inside the customer's rooms
  • organisation of commercial missions and seminars
